  • Digital Camera Club - Every second and fourth Tuesday at 9:30 AM during the winter and every Tuesday at 9:30 AM during the spring a group of individuals get together and share their love and techniques for digital photography. The class is lead by the Civic Center's Events Coordinator, Joey Knight. This group goes on day trips to a variety of places to take pictures of just about anything one can imagine. The participant must supply their own equipment and supplies, but there is no charge for the activity, except a small transportation cost when traveling in the town's senior activity commuter van.
  • Ballroom Dancing - Tuesday evenings, Mr. Aubrey Warren holds class for beginning and intermediate dance instruction. Many people have enjoyed this class over the past few years it has been offered. There are opportunities to meet new people, as well as reacquaint yourselves with old. The participants are often singles which allow anyone wishing to participate a partner when they get here. The beginning participant must pay a $10.00 activity fee nightly. Intermediate level students pay an additional fee that must be paid monthly.
  • Exercise with Rene Williams - Every Monday at 6:00 PM and Thursdays at 5:30 PM, a group of people get together to aerobic exercise. It must be fun. The class has grown from its humble beginnings of ten participants to over eighty now. There is no cost for the class. The Instructor is Rene Williams.
  • Pilates Exercise - Every Monday and Thursday at the same time as the above exercise class, Alamo Chiropractic sponsors a Pilates class that is a little less aerobic. It meets in the same room and everyone can participate in both. There is no charge for the activity.
