Guidelines (What to do after the application is
filled out)
This
application is necessary for a permanent business license, but
the document acts a temporary business license and has a specified
duration of thirty days. Three copies must be completed. The sheets
you print will be all white. One copy will go to Alatax, a state
agency that will determine your qualifications to possess a business
license; one copy will be retained by the town, who will keep
the temporary application on file for thirty days;and one copy
will be kept by the business, who will display this copy as the
business license until the permanent one is mailed by Alatax..
Although filling this form out is adequate, the original form
with two pressure sensitive copies can be attained by calling
the town hall at 964-5162 or by stopping by to pick one up. You
must submit three (3) copies of the internet form or one (1) copy
of the original form. For further information, contact the Town

Fill
out only the information for contact. The Civic Center Director
will do the rest.
Turn
this application in to the Loxley Town Hall with the appropriate
downpayment. You can find out the amount of the downpayment by
reading the document. If you do not turn in a downpayment when
you submit the application/contract your reservation will only
be held fourteen (14) days. After that, the reservation will be
reopened. There will be no notification of forfeiture.
