 Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 9:00 A.M., at the Loxley Civic Center (4198 Municipal Park Drive Loxley, AL  36551), the ballot counter will be tested for the upcoming Municipal Election that will be held on August 25, 2020.  This test is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that on June 8, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., Central Time at Loxley Town Hall, 1089 North Hickory Street, Loxley, Alabama 36551, the Town Council of the Town of Loxley, Alabama (the “Town”) will hold its regularly scheduled meeting which will constitute a public meeting, to consider, discuss, vote upon, and take action on the adoption of a resolution authorizing and approving the waiver of Impact Fees and Connection Fees for the Town’s water service to a 30.86 acre +/- parcel of real property on the south side of Bedrock Boulevard owned by the Baldwin County Board of Education and to be developed as a public school within the municipal limits of the Town.

The public benefits sought to be achieved by the waiver of Impact Fees and Connection Fees for the water service are the promotion of public health, safety, morals, security, prosperity, contentment and/or the general welfare of the community.

Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting and submit comments regarding the actions the Town Council is considering with respect to the transactions and agreements described in this Notice.

All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard.
