1. Download/Save pdf to your computer.
2. Double-click pdf to open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
3. Type in your information.
4. Click the File menu, point to Send File, and then click Attach to Email.
5. Email should be sent to Department you are applying for position. The email address is listed on each Department page.
The Application is available in Adobe Acrobat pdf format for offline reading or printing. If you do not already have a copy of Adobe’s Acrobat Reader™, you may download a copy from their site.
