Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years old, at minimum have a High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent, be computer literate and have excellent people skills. Salary-Entry Level $11.98/Hr.

Basic Job Duties
Answers all incoming calls and directs them to the right department
Collects payments for utility bills and post payments to customer’s account
Collects payments for water meter deposits, and tap and impact fees
Reconciles receipts and generates daily deposit
Monitor customer accounts for nonpayment and delayed payment and prepares the cut off list
Posts payments returned for insufficient funds and notifies customer. Tracks repayment.
Follows up on all payment arrangements
Interacts directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
